Optional cookies (Bandcamp, Facebook) are only processed on the basis of your Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can revoke at any time.
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Zusammenhang mit Bestellungen erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung). Technisch notwendige Cookies basieren auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse). Optionale Cookies nur mit Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
2. Data Collected / Erhobene Daten
When placing an order we collect: first name, last name, e-mail address, delivery address (street, ZIP, city, country) and the ordered items. This data is stored on our server solely for order processing and is not passed on to third parties except as stated below.
Bei einer Bestellung erheben wir: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Lieferadresse und bestellte Artikel. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich zur Auftragsabwicklung gespeichert.
When you use our withdrawal form (right of withdrawal), we additionally process: your name, e-mail address and – where provided – order number, order/delivery date, address, reason and IBAN. This data is used solely to process your withdrawal and to send you the legally required confirmation of receipt. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (performance of contract / legal obligation).
Bei Nutzung unseres Widerrufsformulars verarbeiten wir zusätzlich: Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse sowie – soweit angegeben – Bestellnummer, Bestell-/Lieferdatum, Anschrift, Grund und IBAN. Diese Daten dienen ausschließlich der Bearbeitung Ihres Widerrufs und dem Versand der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Eingangsbestätigung. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung / rechtliche Verpflichtung).
3. Data Retention / Speicherdauer
Order data is stored for the duration required by applicable retention obligations (Germany: 10 years for commercial records under §257 HGB / §147 AO). Data no longer required for legal obligations will be deleted upon request.
Bestelldaten werden entsprechend der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen gespeichert (§257 HGB, §147 AO: 10 Jahre). Darüber hinaus nicht benötigte Daten werden auf Anfrage gelöscht.

6. Email Dispatch / E-Mail-Versand
Order confirmations, shipping notifications and withdrawal confirmations are sent via our own mail server (SMTP, hosted at STRATO AG, Germany). Your e-mail address and the related order or withdrawal data are processed solely for sending these e-mails. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Bestellbestätigungen, Versandbenachrichtigungen und Widerrufsbestätigungen versenden wir über unseren eigenen Mailserver (SMTP, gehostet bei der STRATO AG, Deutschland). Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und die zugehörigen Bestell- bzw. Widerrufsdaten werden ausschließlich für den Versand dieser E-Mails verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
7. Disclosure of personal data
Your data will be transferred to the responsible shipping company as far as necessary for delivery. For payment processing your data will be transferred to PayPal. Apart from these points we do not share your personal data with third parties.
